At Noho3D, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your 3D printed item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package your item, including all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
